Dance Dawgs place 2nd at statewide competition

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — The Forsyth Central High School (FCHS) Dance Dawgs ended their season with a second place win at the Universal Dance Association Georgia Competition, competing against 24 other high schools.

“It was the best they have performed all year long, and I am very proud of what they accomplished,” said coach Autumn Morgenstern.

The team competed at four regional dance invitationals this year, with mostly second place wins.

The team is in recruiting mode for incoming freshman through juniors at FCHS, and the current Dance Dawg seniors will prepare to run the tryouts on April 21-24.
