Anyone who lives in Milton knows that Crabapple is really the heartbeat of the town. It’s not the commercial hub that Ga. 9 may be, but it has just the right mixture of homes, businesses and schools all within a small area that gives it a vibrancy not really found anywhere else.
Because Crabapple is so vibrant, there are always events and goings-on there, and the Milton Herald would like to help highlight those events both for our readers and other businesses. To that end, we would like to start “Crabapple Live.”
This weekly section in the paper will highlight Crabapple-only events, news and meetings so residents can easily plan their weekend or just enjoy a night out during the week. Does your business have live music next weekend? Let everyone know! Is there a 5K coming up? Tell all of Crabapple!
Many community groups hold meetings throughout Crabapple. Increase your attendance by putting a notice in Crabapple Live. It’s just that easy.
If you own a business in Crabapple, or you run a club or group, simply send in your news and events to CrabappleLive@northfulton.com.
Deadlines are Wednesday afternoon to go in the following week’s publication.
One thing I would not like this to become is an easy listing for sales. If your business has a sale going on and would like to get the word out, please feel free to contact our advertising department (call 770-442-3278). They would love to hear from you.
I hope this new listing will become a great social calendar for Crabapple, but it can only become great with the help of those who live there. Drop me a line!
