Colors come to Roswell square: Annual Festival of Arts returns May 11, 12

ROSWELL, Ga. – Mother’s Day Weekend, May 11 and 12, will bring lots of colors to Roswell’s historic town square as the 23rd annual Colors Festival of Arts returns.

The flowers of spring will combine with sparkling glass, an array of paintings, photography, captivating jewelry, whimsical sculptures and a wide array of original arts and crafts the entire family will find enjoyable.

Artists and craftsmen will arrive from areas around the Southeast, joining with Roswell and North Fulton artists to present their art. Entertainment is scheduled throughout the day and will range from storytelling to vocalists, instrumentalists and dance performances. An array of festive food vendors will be on hand to satisfy the appetite. If visitors haven’t found the perfect Mother’s Day gift yet, they are sure to find something Mom will love at the Colors Festival of Arts.

Coordinated and presented by the Roswell Jr. Woman’s Club, the event raises funds that support the numerous charitable and community programs the club sponsors.
