ALPHARETTA, Ga. – Two employees are at odds after one alleged the other stole her credit card Feb. 2. The suspect was caught Nov. 5.
According to the victim, she arrived at work Jan. 31 at a North Point Mall-area store and placed her purse in her desk drawer. When she left work, she found a credit card missing. A call to the card company informed the victim the card was used twice – once for $9.83 at a local Subway sandwich shop and once for $47.07 at a nearby QuikTrip gas station.
The victim went to the Subway and viewed their surveillance footage, which showed her coworker, Justin Cornell Herbert, 25, of Marietta, allegedly use the card.
On Nov. 5, Herbert was located after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
