Blackberry Smoke to donate $30K to cancer center



ATLANTA -- The popular Atlanta/Athens based band Blackberry Smoke will be returning to Atlanta following a long stint on tour. They will be appearing this Friday, Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. at the Tabernacle in downtown Atlanta.

Along the varied stops on this tour the group has provided it's fan's with meet and greet opportunities in which proceeds went to a charity of the band's choice. These meet and greets helped raise $30,000, which will be donated to the Aflac Cancer Center of Children's Healthcare Of Atlanta.

This presentation will happen sometime during the Blackberry Smoke set. Please come and join us for a outstanding night of music and help Blackberry Smoke celebrate this great event as they graciously give back to the Atlanta community.

The band's VIP meet and greets are set up to help raise money for some charities the band is passionate about. This $30,000 donation to Aflac Cancer Center of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at their show on Nov. 29 is very close to the band's heart.
