The new Longhorn traditions begin here...

As Lambert enters a new season of Longhorn football with a new head coach, there will be new game day events as well! This year, we planned special themes and activities that we hoped would reach out to the entire Longhorn community and include them in our Friday Night Lights experience. We hope that this new approach will make every Lambert home game an experience that is exciting and inviting to the entire Longhorn nation!

Here are some of the themes and special events for this coming season:

August 22 - Football Fever Night - Hot! Hot! Hot! - Zaxby's hot wings will be available in the concession stand and there will be a fireworks show at the end of the game!

September 19 - Harvest at the Horn - Come ride the mechanical bull (we like to think of it as a mechanical longhorn!) and make your own caramel apples!

October 10th - Lambert Homecoming - Come see the shopping cart parade put on by the students before the game and watch the Lambert King and Queen being crowned at halftime!

October 31st - Cancer Awareness/Pink Out - Come snack on pink cotton candy and pink lemonade and be a part of the largest balloon release in Forsyth County! (Proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society)

November 7th - South/Black Out Game/Senior Night - Come be a part of our "BLACK OUT" and the biggest rivalry game of the season!

Also, don't forget to be a part of the LONGHORN WALK before every home game!!

Come be a part of the "Longhorn Walk" tradition by cheering on the Longhorn players as they head into battle!

The walk begins at the front entrance to Lambert High School at 6:10 pm before every home game.

All home games begin at 7:30 pm.
