ROSWELL, Ga. — The annual Roswell Riverside Sounds concert season continues on July 5 with BIG Something Band from 7 to 9 p.m.
This free outdoor concert series is hosted at Riverside Park, 575 Riverside Road in Roswell, on the first Saturday of the month from May through October. Food trucks will be on-site at each concert.
“BIG Something has a growing and passionate fan base in their home state of North Carolina,” said Roswell Historic and Cultural Affairs Manager Morgan Timmis. “Their new album is critically acclaimed, and we are excited to have them here at Riverside Sounds.”
Hailing from North Carolina, BIG Something is a six-man alternative rock band fusing elements of pop, rock and jazz together. Their debut album, “Stories from the Middle of Nowhere,” was the winner of the 2010 Homegrown Music Network Album of the Year. Their self-titled second album has opened to critical acclaim, and they have been touring all over the East Coast promoting it.
