MILTON, Ga. — The Alpine Bakery and Trattoria of Alpharetta celebrated its new full-service cocktail bar and ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
The event was Wednesday, Feb. 27 and was attended by about 100 guests, including Alpharetta Mayor David Belle Isle, Roswell Mayor Jere Wood and numerous city officials such as Peter Tokar, economic development director of Alpharetta.
The day’s festivities also included a special evening cocktail party featuring the Vixen Vodka team from Roswell.
Everyone celebrated Alpine’s renovated and expansive new granite bar and patio area, which can seat an additional 50 guests for the restaurant.
Alpine now serves a full cocktail and martini menu seven days a week and hosts “Martini Mondays” every week where guests can enjoy a signature Alpine Martini for $5.
The bakery and restaurant, located at 12315 Crabapple Road, was recently recognized by readers of the Answer Book as winner in the Best Dessert category.
In addition to more than 50 desserts, they offer a wide selection of menu choices, including Italian dishes, pizza and fresh seafood.
On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights, customers can enjoy live piano music.
At last year’s Taste of Alpharetta festival, the unofficial favorite was the Alpine Bakery, which kept eight lines going at a double-space the entire time.
