ALPHARETTA, Ga. – Brian Patton, an Alpharetta-based commercial real estate broker, launched a radio show that is already gaining national exposure.

The “Rich Life Real Estate Show” is heard at 3 p.m. Saturday on WDUN, AM 550 and FM 102.9.

Show topics help real estate investors invest with confidence so they can “lead a life of richness and passion,” Patton said.

Patton, author of “Mailbox Moo-la,” and owner of Capital Realty Advisors, shares his experience as a real estate investor and how he created a cash flow that allowed him to leave his job with the City of Alpharetta.

Show co-host, Jared Garfield, is a residential broker and investment coach. Garfield is a former trainer for Robert Kiyosaki, author of the New York Times best-selling “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” series of books. Garfield has coached thousands of real estate investors and his team sold about 400 investment homes in 2012.

In its first two months of airing, the show has reached a nationally syndicated audience in 200 markets, through their affiliated financial planning partner, “Rich Life Advisors,” a show hosted by Beau Henderson that teaches the principals of financial planning.
