Alpharetta home burgled, $5K jewels stolen



ALPHARETTA, Ga. – An Academy Street resident reported her home burglarized March 20, with thousands of dollars-worth of jewelry and electronics stolen.

The victim told police she returned home from work to find her front door broken open. The door was pried open. Two flat screen televisions were taken along with a jewelry box with the letter “S” on the top. Inside the box the victim said was $5,000-worth of jewels.
