Alpharetta church ransacked, defiled



ALPHARETTA, Ga. — A local church was broken into Sept. 1 with damage caused and electronics and silver taken.

The New Millennium Church, on Cumming Street, called police after finding the church ransacked. A rear door was kicked in and several broadcasting cameras, a stage amp, TV set, sound mixer and two microphones were taken. Some pieces of silver were also missing. A cross was found thrown to the ground in one room.
