11Alive’s Karyn Greer emcees Relay for Life Johns Creek



JOHNS CREEK, Ga. – This year’s American Cancer Society Relay for Life Johns Creek will be kicked-off by Emmy-award winning 11Alive news anchor, Karyn Greer.

In celebration of its fifth anniversary, the event will be traveling back to Taylor Road Middle School, site of the original Johns Creek Relay.

Greer will start the celebration Friday, April 19. Zoey Clarke will sing the Star Spangled Banner, accompanied by the Johns Creek Veterans Association Honor Guard presenting colors.

The night will include campsite judging and musical acts until the wee hours of Saturday morning, including the Zoey Clarke Band, Rick and Ruby and Broadway Dreams.
