Police Response
January 30, 2014 | 02:21 AM

I saw a Johns Creek officer who was responding to this call... he was traveling on Medlock Bridge at a high rate of speed and was nearly hit by another car at Johns Creek and Old Alabama. Officers need to realize that a secondary scene (accident) pulls resources from the original call and does nothing to solve the situation. Please slow down and arrive to the call safely. And if you are in traffic and see an officer responding to a call - pull over to the side of the road so the officer can proceed safely without having to avoid you in an intersection. We value our LEOs and want them to be safe.
