It is funny that Dr. Avossa says "As the superintendent, the most important lever available to me is to pick the best principals and remove the lower performers. End of discussion. I don't apologize for it. It's a major priority of this administration and I will continue to hold people accountable,"

I hope one day he learns how to keep himself accountable as well. During Avossa's term many wonderful principals left.

Even though Avossa presents it like he is the one making the changes it as actually principals themselves quitting.

He certainly acts like a politician :)
