So it looks like the county government has found another way to make them some money! It is a shame that they are using the excuse "illegal substance" abuse among minors. If the county were so concerned about our kids using the bongs for illegal substances, they would have never allowed them to be sold in every single gas station you walk in to! Lets many stores have just recently been busted for selling alcohol to minors? And you think a 50.00 permit to sell a bong, or a pipe, is going to have any affect? It doesn't matter how much the permit is going to cost, until the pipes and bongs are taken out of these places, and only sold in places where you have to be 18 to ENTER, this is only going to line the government's pockets!!
