Charter does not tie hands

The advocates for higher property taxes need to stop lying. The cities have plenty of money. They do not need more. The charter commission was rigged by the city council appointees and did a poor job of incorporating residents feedback. The charter commission provided no basis or explanation for the need for the charter changes. The changes are simply preferences of the charter members.
