Fulton Not "Re-Formable"
January 22, 2013 | 04:45 PM Fulton Co. is rotten to the core so is not "re-formable". Its DNA is inbred with long term inefficiency, cronyism, laughably poor service, a general disdain for the poor taxpayer, all run by a stack of buffoons on the County Commission (Emma Darnell!?
