December 20, 2012 | 10:18 PM According to a question and answer session held in November at City of Milton offices between Mr. Riopelle and concerned residents, this has been his "hobby" over the past 19 years. He breeds these animals and sells for profit. He admitted that none of the animals' caregivers are trained or educated nor will they be if/when the zoo opens. He also does not plan to become affiliated with any zoological societies or become accredited. NoMiltonZoo Milton |
