CUMMING, Ga. — A man was pepper sprayed in his face after he told two teens there was not enough money to buy them alcohol, according to a Cumming Police incident report.

A man staying at the Sun Suites Hotel, 555 Lake Center Parkway, told officers he had been pepper sprayed by two teens staying on the first floor on Oct. 24.

The victim first told officers he did not know why, and then later said he was going to buy alcohol for the teens, but there was not enough money.

The teens became upset and they got into a verbal and physical fight.

Officers said the two teens came stumbling to the door when asked their side of the story.

An 18-year-old man told officers he had been drinking with his 17-year-old brother, when the “victim” came to their room.

The teens said the man asked for drugs, and he got aggressive when they did not have drugs.

They said the man hit them in the throats, and that is why they pepper sprayed him.

Officers charged the two teens with underage consumption of alcohol, and they were taken to Cumming Police Department.
