SUGARLOAF, Ga. — Autumn Leaves, an Alzheimer’s and memory care community under construction in Metro Atlanta, has named Divine Taylor community relations director.

Taylor will expand her focus as the company develops an additional five or more Alzheimer’s and memory care communities in the Atlanta area.

Taylor brings more than 10 years of experience in sales with effective relationship-building skills and a portfolio of success.

“This is a great opportunity to mirror my real estate background and marry it with my regional and national sales experience in building teams,” said Taylor. “The fact that my grandmother had Alzheimer’s has led me to develop a passion for helping seniors and generating awareness about Alzheimer’s disease. In fact, I volunteer for a senior

organization where I live, and I believe in making a difference in seniors’ lives.”

Taylor’s goal in her new position extends far beyond simply leasing rooms for Autumn

Leaves memory care communities as they work to build additional communities across the Atlanta area. She genuinely wants to help people find a safe place for their loved ones to live. Taylor has a deep understanding for the residents and focuses on their needs accordingly.

“Much of my specialty is in brand development and increasing brand awareness,” said Taylor. “I am able to help working developers who don’t have recognition in the area to build a fresh name and a fresh start in the community.”

Darin Graham, director of sales, Constant Care Family Management, the property management company for Autumn Leaves memory care communities, officially announced Taylor joining the team.

“Divine has demonstrated strong leadership and marketing skills throughout her career in the field of sales,” said Graham. “She has a deep commitment to helping our residents, strengthening our mission and supporting our employees. We are grateful to have her expertise as we move forward building communities in the Atlanta area.”

Taylor is joining Constant Care Family Management from PQC International, a management consulting firm for which she most recently served as the director of sales and client relations for four years. There she managed a national sales team covering North America in four regions with sales representatives in each. Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in communications from Bowie State University.
