Johns Creek Arts Festival draws crowds

JOHNS CREEK, Ga. – If the crowds were any indication, the inaugural Johns Creek Arts Festival was a huge success.

Held on the weekend of Oct. 27 – 28 at the Atlanta Athletic Club, the numbers were estimated at roughly 10,000. The two-day event was hosted by the city of Johns Creek and the Convention and Visitors Bureau, along with Arts on the Creek, Inc.

Over a hundred vendors were on hand to sell their wares and foods, along with a “Kidz Zone,” pet parade, costume contests for the children and a concert by the Johns Creek Symphony.

The event was coordinated by Splash Festivals.
