Purse, wallet stolen from car in Cumming

CUMMING, Ga. — A thief took a woman’s purse and wallet from her car, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s incident report.

Between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Oct. 10, the thief entered the 2002 Ford Excursion parked at the Windermere Golf Club parking lot, 5000 Davis Love Drive.

The victim said she locked the car, but left the windows down slightly for her two dogs.

The purse, wallet and its contents had a combined value of $825.
