Car in Cumming left with no wheels

CUMMING, Ga. — A GMC Denali was found on cinderblocks with no wheels on it, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s incident report.

A thief took the tires, wheels, lug nuts and bolts off the sport utility vehicle parked in a garage in the corner of Heardsville Road and Hurt Bridge Road between Sept. 23, when the victim had last been at the property, and 5 p.m. Sept. 25.

Deputies checked the scene for fingerprints, but only found smudges. The theft is valued at $2,500.
