Barrington Hall Cooking Class - Homemade Fresh Pasta

Roswell’s own Chef John Wilson will be teaching his “Homemade Fresh Pasta” cooking class at historic Barrington Hall on Tuesday, September 23rd. You will learn how to prepare Fresh Pasta Dough, Fettuccine in Basic Tomato Sauce, Angel Hair Custards and Three-Cheese Raviolis in a Cream Sauce. After you’ve prepared your meal you’ll dine on it in the spacious kitchen of Barrington Hall. Complimentary wine will be included. You will also receive a free mini tour of Barrington Hall. Join us for this evening of culinary fun. Please call 770-640-3855 to reserve your spot. Reservations are required as space is limited. The cost of the class is $50 per person.
