Is an ancient practice designed to prepare the body for meditation. The practice of yoga leads to improved health, increased energy levels, physical and mental stress reduction and an overall increase in self-awareness, self-confidence and well-being. Yoga allows you to balance all the systems within the body; quieting the nervous system, liberating you from anxiety, and promoting inner harmony. You will have the opportunity to learn various breathing techniques for use in daily situations, along with yoga postures to relieve back discomfort by strengthening, toning, stretching, and relaxing the muscles. This is an all levels class. From 12:15-1:15pm.
