Turtle Tours
Occurring Each Saturday Beginning Saturday, May 25, 2013 Through Saturday, December 14, 2013.
Heritage Sandy Springs announces the 2013 topics for "Turtle Tours," and educational series appropriate for children ages 2-5 in the Heritage Sandy Springs Museum. Through stories, hands-on exhibits, and crafts, Museum mascots “Sandy” the Chipmunk and “Spring” the Turtle will introduce preschoolers to history. Based on the Smithsonian Institution’s Early Enrichment program, “Turtle Tours” will be held on a Saturday each month at 11:00 am and last approximately 45 minutes. The program is free, but donations are encouraged.
