Yoga For Dudes- This is not your typical Yoga class. This is Yoga for guys. Get your muscles to work together to increase strength, tone, mobility and flexibility. Not very flexible, donít worry. We'll modify poses and use props to make sure your body gets the strengthening and flexibility it needs - right where you are - right now And, we do the class to dynamic, energetic music Check it out - just bring a thin Yoga mat and a couple of large towels as props.

Investment: Drop in rate $15; $52 for 4 classes; $99 for 8 classes; $135 for 11 classes
Offered: Tuesdays from 6:15-7:15pm
Times:6:00 PM - 7:00 AM
