Carolyn Louise Lee, 91, of Cumming, GA died at Northside Forsyth Hospital on December 8, 2012. Born in Atlanta, GA she was the daughter of the late John and Lula O’Farrell. Her beloved husband, Raymond H. Lee, Sr. and daughter, Patricia Ann Lee also predeceased her.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family.
Carolyn is survived by her sons, Clinton R. Lee of Cumming, GA and Raymond H. Lee, Jr. of Lawrenceville, GA; brother, Charles Edward O’Farrell of Clarksville, GA; much-loved grandchildren, Michelle, Patricia and Morgan; and numerous other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 15, 2012 in the McDonald and Son chapel. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Gainesville, GA. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 14 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
