The following Land Use Petition proposals located within the City of Johns Creek are scheduled for Public Hearings as stated above.

LAND USE PETITION: RZ-13-011
PETITIONER: Ashton Atlanta Residential, LLC
LOCATION: 11300 Block of Technology Circle
Current Zoning: M-1A Conditional (Industrial Park District)
PROPOSED ZONING: CUP (Community Unit Plan District)
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: 105-lot single family detached residential subdivision.

LAND USE PETITION: RZ-13-012 & VC-13-012-1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6
PETITIONER: Body-N-Balance
LOCATION: 3200 Block of Old Alabama Road
Current Zoning: AG 1 (Agricultural District)
PROPOSED ZONING: O I (Office and Institutional District) Conditional
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: Develop a one-story, 4,592 square-foot office building to house physical training/exercise training/spa service.
Concurrent Variances:
1-Delete 25-foot side buffer and 10-foot improvement setback, and replace with 10-foot landscape strip;
2-Delete 50-foot rear buffer and 10-foot improvement setback, and replace with 10-foot landscape strip;
3-Allow 15-foot parking encroachment in 40-foot front setback;
