Pinecrest Academy in Cumming inducts 45 students into National Honor Society

CUMMING, Ga. On Friday Oct. 4, Pinecrest Academy held an induction ceremony and mass for its newest members of the John Paul II chapter of the National Honor Society.

Acceptance into the NHS is restricted to Pinecrest juniors and seniors with a high school grade point average of 3.67 or higher, and who have demonstrated qualities of scholarship, service, leadership and character.

Forty-five new members were inducted this year, including Luke del Balzo, William Brabrook, Simon Cassar, Mary Virginia Chadwick, William Childress III, Lauren Downes, Keely Denkman, Daniel Dreyovich, Grayson DuBose, Isabella DuBose, Gabi Elias, Hannah Farkas, Isaiah Fleck, Ave Fouriezos, Jack Frain, Kathleen Gallamore, Adam Guard, Jacob Hanley, Margaret Herd, Mary Holdsworth, Katherine Jolly, Hannah Kelley, Claire Kim, Abigail Labiche, Adisson Maalouf, Natalie Mata, Nicole Madda, Yasmin Martins, Annemarie McCormick, Carlie McLaughlin, Gregory Metz, Jonathan Moreno, Alexandra Nguyen, Wendy Oshinski, Daniela Quintana, Nicklaus Palmer, Stephanie Petros, Caitlin Randazza, Andy Rodriguez, Monica Saker, Jessica Satriano, Kristina Smoak, Elizabeth Strom, Katherine Tropea and Thomas Wood III.
