ALPHARETTA, Ga. Alpharetta High School teachers couldn't paint the town red Oct. 4, but did the next best thing: paint AHS seniors green, blue and purple among other colors.

It was the first ever Senior Splatter Sprint, a 1-mile fun run and part of the PTSA's year-long celebration of its seniors.

It also proves seniors will do just about anything if you tell them it is fun.

The Class of 2014 ran, jogged, walked and sashayed along The Raider Mile as teachers tossed crazy colors on them so that the finishers were a psychedelic mess by mile's end.
