CUMMING, Ga. — The Cumming American Legion Auxiliary Unit 307 delivered a 55-inch smart television to the Veterans Hospital in Decatur.

The first TV was delivered last year.

Donors who bought poppies last November at Walmart and Chick-fil-A were responsible for this gift to the Veterans Hospital.

The American Legion Post and Auxiliary Unit 307 in Cumming said they were thankful to donors and Cumming Mayor H. Ford Gravitt, who supported the project with a proclamation declaring Poppy Day. Red poppies are symbols of veterans who served and died for this country.
