FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — Student Leadership Club at Cornerstone Schools, 4888 Browns Bridge Road in Cumming, worked to raise donations for the Humane Society of Forsyth County. The club members delivered the supplies April 10.

Club members Lindsey Covington, Ian Davis, Lily Harris, Mary Kathryn Lynch, Kiersten Moran, Emma Siver, Lucas Storz and adult sponsor Jason Aldous launched the program to raise donations for the Humane Society of Forsyth County.

Students, parents, teachers and staff spent weeks collecting dog food, cat food, cat litter, toys, bones, brushes and blankets for the furry friends in need of these supplies all year long.

The Humane Society of Forsyth County Board of Directors thanked students for their generous support of their organization.

"Your generosity enables animals to achieve happier, healthier lives," Lance White, president of the Humane Society Board, told club members.
