Don't argue with Alpharetta cops if you're wanted

ALPHARETTA, Ga. Two people were arrested March 27 for obstruction and having outstanding warrants after they were spotted at a local hotel.

Jennifer Susan Bagwell, 28, of Winder, was staying at the LaQuinta Inn with with Danial Omas Pase, 42, of Defender Way, N.E., Roswell. At some point she called her father to come get her, but when he arrived, she had apparently changed her mind.

The father then called Alpharetta police. After questioning Bagwell and Pase, it turned out both were wanted for probation violation Bagwell in Barrow County and Pase in Cobb County.

When he arrived, she refused to go with him. Bagwell had an active warrant for her arrest out of Barrow County for a probation violation.

Both were arrested and taken to jail.
