$14K dinner set stolen from Roswell home

ROSWELL, Ga. — An expensive set of silverware was among the stolen items reported missing Jan. 7 from a Kent Road home.

The victim told police someone entered the home between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. through an unlocked patio door. Taken were 16 silver Gorham Chantilly place settings valued at over $14,000. Also missing are a pair of half-carat diamond earrings on gold posts worth $250 and a 15-inch yellow gold herringbone necklace valued at $200.
