CUMMING, Ga. — Three men ate at a restaurant and left without paying the bill, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff's incident report.
At 8:30 p.m. Jan. 4, a waiter at Casa Macias, 549 Lakeland Plaza, told deputies he gave a table of three men their bill and went to put their leftover food in a to-go box.
He returned to the table and the men were gone. They left a $4 tip, but took the bill and didn't leave any money to pay it.
The men's tab was about $38, the waiter told deputies.
