Remove Images Outgoing Commissioner Bell recognized for service by Aldo Nahed January 02, 2013 FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — At their Dec. 20 meeting, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners recognized outgoing Commissioner Patrick Bell for his public service and presented him with a resolution of appreciation. Bell took office on Jan. 1, 2009, representing Commission District 4. He was elected by his fellow commissioners to serve as secretary in 2009, and vice chairman in 2011 and 2012. During his tenure, Bell attained the Association County Commissioners of Georgia's certified commissioners' training program and advanced program.
