Citizens graduate from Roswell program

The Roswell Police Department’s Citizens’ Academy are, in alphabetical order, Mac Barrier, Mary Ann Bender, Gary Branson, Rip Campbell, Brian Clements, Ingrid DiQuollo, Brice Dobson, Christine Foster, Penny Gerlach, Richard Gerlach, Frank Holdiman, David Lawless, Cindi Manley, Linda Morgan, Terry Pearson, Cristi Plsek, Jennifer Salvadori, Gary Smith, J.D. Stephens, Bonnie Tilley, Betty Wilson and Donald Wilson. LISA HOLLAND.
ROSWELL, Ga. The Roswell Police Department graduated their 23rd class from the Citizens' Police Academy.

The Citizens' Police Academy is made up of the residents of Roswell, along with Roswell business owners. This program is designed to introduce members of the public to the various functions of police work. The 10-week class focused on specific divisions of the police department, giving students an overview of the department's duties and responsibilities. Some of the divisions covered are the detective division, crime scene investigations, S.W.A.T., K9, 911 center, uniform patrol division and the detention center.
