Bauman and Co. buys N.F. Professional Building in Roswell

Atlanta-based Bauman and Company has bought the North Fulton Professional Building, near North Fulton Hospital. It will house medical professionals.
ROSWELL, Ga. — Bauman and Company has bought the North Fulton Professional Building, a four-story 94,000-square-foot multi-tenant medical office building located in Roswell, adjacent to the North Fulton Regional Hospital. Built in 1991, the building is substantially leased to medical practice groups associated with the hospital, as well as to various independent physicians.

"In today's real estate market, medical office buildings remain a relatively safe and stable investment – and this property represents an especially solid value," said Billy Bauman, president of Bauman and Company. "Our strategy is to acquire multiple medical office properties in the Southeast during the next five to seven years."

The North Fulton Professional Building was acquired from an ownership group that included local physicians and North Fulton Regional Hospital, with funding from Bauman and Company and private capital investors, as well as from the Healthcare Division of Regions Bank.
