Exchange students participate in International Night

Several international students from the AFS International Exchange Program participating in an International Night held recently at North Springs High School.

This year, 20 AFS students are hosted by families throughout the Atlanta area and attend a variety of high schools including Chamblee Charter High School, Dunwoody High School and Cambridge High School, and there are opportunities for students to both travel abroad and provide hosting for visiting exchange students.

AFS is a worldwide, nonprofit organization that has been leading international high school student exchange for more than 60 years. The AFS network:

Exchanges more than 12,500 students each year.

Has more than 60 AFS Partner Countries including AFS USA.

Maintains an alumni network of more than 370,000 individuals who have studied abroad on an AFS Program, and currently live in more than 75 countries around the world.

Is supported by more than 43,000 AFS Volunteers worldwide.
