Petco donates $10,000 to animal welfare charity

Castaway Critters Pet Rescue was awarded $10,000 after coming in the top 10 rescue groups in a nationwide vote. Petco presented the money at a ceremony Oct. 20 in Milton.
MILTON, Ga. – The Petco Foundation awarded Castaway Critters Pet Rescue, of Blairsville, $10,000 Oct. 20 to help pets in the local community. Castaway Critters was named to the top 10 list of animal welfare charities in a nationwide vote. The ceremony was conducted at the Petco on Ga. 9 in Milton.
