October 30, 2012

CUMMING, Ga. — A thief stole a wallet, cellphone, Coca-Cola and pack of cigarettes out of a man's van while he was working, according to a Forsyth County Sheriff's incident report.

A window and door technician told deputies he was working in the 4000 block of Waterbrook Crossing at 10:15 a.m. on Oct. 17, when he saw someone exit his work van and flee.

The victim went to check his van out and saw his GPS on the ground near the back of the van. He looked inside the van and his wallet, phone, soda and cigarettes were missing.

The victim was able to give deputies a description of a man and car he saw leaving the neighborhood.
