This month come travel with us to India and learn to prepare the rich robust flavor of two popular Indian dishes right in your own kitchen minus the fats and calories that you get in Indian restaurants. Plus the dishes are gluten-free. We will use tofu to substitute paneer (cottage cheese cubes used in many Indian dishes) in a sumptuous spinach dish and show you how to prepare a healthy lentil soup. Plus as always a mini health seminar to help you on your healthful journey to complete wellness!
1. "Palak Tofu Paneer” Golden cubes of lightly fried tofu simmered in a creamy spinach and coconut cashew cream gravy flavored with aromatic cilantro, ginger and garlic 2. "Masoor Dal" Split red lentils simmered in a tomato and cilantro vegan broth infused with the healthful turmeric spice, and garnished with roasted garlic.
