Front Desk and Billing Position, Part-Time (Alpharetta)
Part-time position available for a physician practice located in Alpharetta.
Candidate must have 2+ years medical front office and billing experience. This position is for a person who possesses a professional demeanor, who can work independently and has an outgoing and friendly personality. The job posted is for 2-3 days per week as a job share position.
Job duties will include: Answering phones Scheduling appointments Patient check in and out Insurance verification Billing - to include posting charges & payments, claim submission and follow-up, A/R reports, statements.
Our Alpharetta office is looking to hiring a VERY part-time front desk/receptionists. The ideal candidate would be and empty nester or someone who works full time with some extra time on their hands who would like to supplement their income. Sorry, no smokers. We looking for someone who is professional, who can handle criticism when mistakes are made, capitalizes on mistakes and turns them into opportunities to perfect their job description and has the passion to do their job correctly and do it well. Your responsibilities would be to greet clients, make them feel welcome, show them pictures of their baby and process their payment. You must have great computer skills, (familiar with the internet, familiar with photo viewing software, basic payment responsibilities and basic office software skills). You must live close to the area for which you are applying. No phone answering, no filing. The position is as simple as described above. But again, you must strive to do it well. Once this is accomplished, this will probably be the most fun you have ever had at a job.
The schedule for the office you would choose would be:
Every other Wednesday from 5:30p - 9:30 pm and every other Saturday 4-8 hours (9am til).
