"Matthews 'ALLOWED' a double" (off the wall to the deepest part of field.) "The Eagles "MANAGED" four hits" while "Schnell "LIMITED" Lambert to three hits."
This was a great defensive series with great pitching. It wasn't just Milton playing great and Lambert getting lucky. Milton had three passed ball strikeouts in game 2 where the runner advanced to first after striking out. That is as many hits as Lambert had in the game. Now who was "allowing" that to happen? And Milton scored 3 runs in this series without a hit; yet Lambert has an error and back to back hits and that turns into "set up by an opening inning error."
I know you are reporting from North Fulton, but how about a little credit?
