Rebuttal to Jolly Roger's comment
March 27, 2014 | 11:58 AM

Read the comment again. I didn't make any reference to the law breaker as being an illegal alien in this country with out proper papers. For all I know Mr. Medina might have been born inside the District of Columbia (that would be Washington, just in case you don't know that either), my comment simply stated that he was of Hispanic decent, which his name clearly implies, and that he choose NOT to obey the laws of the land, and especially those of the State of Georgia! Next lesson: He was driving a Dump Truck, which requires a specialized drivers license, and further more, he had to pass a ridged test to obtain that commercial grade license (which by the way was suspended - or didn't you read that either?)his testing taught him that if he drank any alcohol while operating that commercial vehicle he would loose that license and the right to drive these Heavy Duty Trucks (Class 7, 8, or 9 trucks). Next, he in possession of Cocaine and Marijuana inside this Commercial Vehicle. All I stated was that he was of Hispanic heritage, that he was a "Scuff Law" (meaning a lawbreaker -not an illegal alien without proper paperwork) the fact that I said "another fine example of our Law Abiding Citizens from South off the Border" only implies that All of the Spanish speaking Countries lay South of our borders: Cuba, Mexico, all of Central America, and South America. As to my helping the police with my deductive reasoning - well, Thank You, I do that as often as I can. It's my duty to speak out when I see something that is not legal or right. So Jolly Roger of Cumming, maybe you should brush up on your reading comprehension and Geography because nothing I stated accused Mr. Agreda - Medina of being illegal, but only of having "roots from South of the Border", but yes, I did say he was a law breaker, and that if he operated that big truck under the influence at any time, he was a clear Danger to everyone on the road (including you).
