Not a good plan
November 19, 2013 | 07:30 PM

Having attended the city council meeting on Nov 18th, it was clear that the single family home section along Bell Road is far too dense for the area, and that the residents of the Blackstone subdivision are significantly harmed by the elimination of required buffers between landowners in Blackstone and the proposed development. In a few years time this will be a run down, rental housing complex.
