Thank you! Although this article takes another chip out of my heart, it is true and important. I did not know NAthan, but I have known "Nathans". My calling has been to teach ( serve) teens like Nathan. The atmosphere in our small school community works at being kind and celebrating our differences as well as our gifts. Although it is the adults who set the standards, it is the hearts and spirits of our students who create and protect our emotional landscape.
