I PURCHASED SAME CONDO AT HANOVER POINTE THAT WAS IN FORECLOSURE. SO I GOT IT FOR WHAT I THINK IS A FAIR PRICE. PERSONALLY, THESE TOWN HOMES ARE ABOUT 30K OVER PRICE. MILTON ALSO HAS MUCH HIGHER TAXES THAN FORSYTH. TERRI
