Cities trying to pull a fast one

Congratulations to Jan Jones on standing up to the cites in their attempts to raise millage caps with a minority of votes. The council members knew what the charters said when they asked for he cities. The cities now want to raise millage rates without wide support from the community. This will lead to more wasteful spending by the cities, which we already see every day.
